Matt Coldrey
Inclusive environments and neurodiversity consultancy and training
Matt is a neuroinclusivity consultant, coach and educator with over 20 years’ experience in coaching and a decade in higher education. He helps individuals and organisations create environments where neurodivergent people can thrive through inclusive training, policy development and strategic consultancy grounded in empathy, evidence and practical change. Highly skilled in engaging and interactive delivery, his training is tailored for the audience and the context in which they are working, whether that’s undergraduate students, company directors or everyone in-between.

Kirsty loves the health, wellness, sport and physical activity industries and the expertise and passion that is within these fields. Ravina (Eunhye) Huh
CIMSPA endorsement mapping
Ravina is currently working as a lecturer in Sports Science. She has over 10 years of experience in Higher Education, research, and the sport and physical activity industry. Ravina also works as a CIMSPA endorsement moderator and mapping consultant specialising in physical activity and fitness instruction-related standards such as Gym Instructor, Personal Trainer and Core Group Instructor, as well as other related standards.

Paul Smith
Advice, guidance and consultancy for awarding organisations
Paul is an independent consultant (established in 2020) working with current and aspiring awarding organisations, advising on qualification development, assessment, compliance and risk management. Prior to this, he worked for 1st4sport Qualifications for 15 years, initially in qualification development with a subsequent move into compliance, quality assurance and risk management.

- Over 20 years’ experience in the awarding sector in full-time employment and independent consultancy
- Designing, developing and implementing regulated qualifications from initial proposal to submission to the register of regulated qualifications
