Prize Draw: Terms and Conditions
Promoter
The promoter is the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA), SportPark, Loughborough University, 3 Oakwood Drive, Loughborough, LE11 3QF. Entering the prize draw means you accept these terms.
Eligibility
The draw is open to current and former CIMSPA members aged 18 or over who live in the United Kingdom. CIMSPA employees, trustees, and contractors involved in running the survey, and their immediate families cannot enter.
How to enter
To enter, fully complete the Member Survey 2026 and opt in to the prize draw at the end. No payment or purchase is required. Each member may enter only once. Duplicate, incomplete, or automated entries will be disqualified.
Dates
The draw opens at 13:00 (UK time) on 28 September 2026 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 18 October 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.
Prizes
There are two bundle prizes, one bundle for each winner. Each bundle consists of:
• Ninja Blast Max Portable Blender and
• Ninja CRISPi 4-in-1 Portable Glass Air Fryer
No member can win more than one prize. Prizes cannot be transferred, and no cash alternative is offered. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, CIMSPA may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Winner selection
Two winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries on or before 21 October 2026. The draw will use a verifiable random selection tool.
Notification and claiming
Winners will be contacted by email within one working day of the draw. They must reply within 14 days to claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes will go to a reserve winner, who will also be drawn at random. Prizes will be delivered within 30 days of being claimed.
Winner publication
CIMSPA may be required to provide information relating to prize winners to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested to do so.
Data protection
Personal data collected for the draw will be used only to run it and contact the winners. It will be handled under UK GDPR and CIMSPA’s privacy notice. It will not be sold or shared with third parties, and it will be deleted in accordance to the CIMSA Data Retention Schedule. Your survey answers are kept separate from your draw entry and have no effect on your chance of winning.
General
CIMSPA may disqualify entries that break these terms or that appear fraudulent. It may cancel or amend the draw only in exceptional circumstances beyond its control and will tell entrants promptly if it does. As far as the law allows, CIMSPA is not liable for any loss arising from the draw or a prize, but this does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. CIMSPA’s decision on any matter relating to the draw is final. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
