Jason Windsor MCIMSPA (Chartered)
Chartered Personal Trainer Practitioner
With more than 20 years of gym training experience, Jason has built extensive fitness and exercise knowledge, driven by a commitment to helping people improve their health and quality of life through physical activity.
Now a personal trainer specialising in exercise referral, Jason works as a health and wellbeing activator alongside healthcare professionals to support people with long-term health conditions. Respected in his local community, he combines science and innovation to deliver client-focused approaches that encourage lasting participation in physical activity.
Committed to lifelong learning, Jason is currently studying to become a registered nutritionist, broadening his expertise to better support exercise, nutrition and long-term behaviour change.

Amélia Henriot MCIMSPA (Chartered)
Chartered Personal Trainer Practitioner
Amelia has over 12 years’ experience supporting clients with diverse health needs through her philosophy: move, improve, maintain, prevent, manage.
She specialises in cardiac rehabilitation, cancer support, post-viral conditions including long COVID, GLP-1 medication impacts and psychoneuroimmunology, particularly the link between chronic stress and disease.
She aims to support the NHS 10-year plan by strengthening exercise as medicine and recognising the role of exercise professionals in prevention and long-term condition management.
Her future development will focus on chronic pain management and improving quality of life for those living with pain.

Lee Clary FCIMSPA (Chartered)
Chartered Senior Manager
Lee is an accomplished leisure industry leader with over 20 years’ experience in strategic and operational management. As Chief Operating Officer at Thurrock Community Leisure (Impulse Leisure), he helps shape strategy, deliver corporate objectives and drive sustainable growth across a diverse leisure portfolio.
Having progressed through senior roles including Contract Manager and Area Manager, Lee has built expertise in operations, finance and team leadership. He has led transformational change, including organisational restructuring and modernisation during COVID, while aligning services with community needs and public health priorities.
His achievements reflect his commitment to professional excellence, strategic leadership and advancing the physical activity sector.
Lee is dedicated to delivering impact and championing high standards and continuous development across sport and physical activity.

Kevin Watson MCIMSPA (Chartered)
Chartered General Manager
For more than 20 years, Kevin served as Head of Strength and Conditioning at the Glasgow School of Sport, leading the physical preparation of around 50 Commonwealth and Olympic athletes.
He holds ASCC, CSCS, RSCC*E and mISCP accreditations with the UKSCA, NSCA and IUSCA, respectively. He has since moved into higher education at the University of Edinburgh, where he is a teaching fellow in Applied Sport Science and Strength and Conditioning and Co-Programme Director for the MSc in Strength and Conditioning.
Kevin, who represented Scotland and Great Britain in rowing, brings his passion for sport to a range of sector roles, including Vice Chair of CIMSPA’s Scottish Workforce Professional Development Board, Director of Industry Engagement for Scotland at the IUSCA and Professional Accreditation CPD Panel Member for the UKSCA.

Andrew Clarkson MCIMSPA (Chartered)
Chartered Personal Trainer Practitioner
Andrew is the Founder and Head Coach of Foxcoat Studio in Cornwall, specialising in personal training, functional fitness, and Japanese martial arts. His coaching approach focuses on delivering personalised, specialist training through strong coach-client relationships, ensuring fitness is both accessible and meaningful.
Driven by a commitment to restoring the personal element of personal training, Andrew is a Co-Founder and Director of Ethical Exercise Lab, a not-for-profit Community Interest Company (CIC). The organisation conducts research, develops educational resources, and provides consultancy to support the integration of sociological perspectives into sport, exercise, and fitness practice. He is also co-author of the forthcoming Routledge publication The Politics of Personal Training: A Critical Exploration of Fitness Coaching.
Andrew is a Level 4 Advanced Personal Trainer, a Senior Instructor in Ninpo Taijutsu, and holds an honours degree in politics and human ecology. Achieving Chartered Personal Trainer Practitioner status reflects his ongoing commitment to professionalism, accountability, and raising standards across the fitness industry.

Clare Dunn FCIMSPA (Chartered)
Chartered Senior Manager
A visionary leader with high emotional intelligence, Clare has established a cohesive and productive team to deliver the organisation’s local skills work. As Associate Director of Business Engagement for CIMSPA, she initiates collaboration between partners within and outside of the sport and physical activity sector to solve workforce development challenges.
Clare also works with CIMSPA’s customer engagement and accreditation, aligning products and services with individual as well as organisational needs.
She is motivated by ensuring that those with more practical skillsets are aware of and can access the diverse range of pathways into employment in the sector.

Ian Northcott MCIMSPA (Chartered)
Chartered Personal Trainer Practitioner
Based in Worcestershire, Ian supports people living with heart conditions, obesity, diabetes, lower back pain and other long-term conditions, helping them stay independent, active and confident as they age.
He holds level four specialist qualifications in cardiac rehabilitation, obesity and diabetes management, and lower back pain, alongside qualifications in personal training, exercise referral, older adults and long-term conditions.
Awarded the British Empire Medal (BEM) for services to the community, Ian makes safe, effective exercise accessible through Mercian Fitness, using his principles of ‘fun, fitness and friendship’.
He believes exercise should build the physical capability needed to enjoy life for years to come.

Connor Sinclair MCIMSPA (Chartered)
Chartered Personal Trainer Practitioner
Connor believes rehabilitation should support the whole person, not just the injury—a view shaped by 13 years of military service and a strong commitment to evidence-based practice.
From ceremonial duties with the Coldstream Guards to his current role as an exercise rehabilitation instructor and sergeant in the Royal Army Physical Training Corps, Connor has focused on helping people move well and stay resilient over the long term.
His approach combines biomechanical analysis, strength and conditioning, breathwork and yoga to create programmes for demanding populations, including infantry soldiers, special forces candidates and female service members. This work has contributed to district-leading readiness statistics, reduced injury rates and two military commendations.
Connor is currently studying for an MSc in Strength and Conditioning at St Mary’s University, Twickenham.
