Powered by CIMSPA & The S+PA Workforce Observatory, the Workforce Research Community is specifically for those in roles or organisations seeking to better understand the UK sport and physical activity workforce furthering the shared knowledge and capabilities within the sector.
The S+PA Workforce Observatory is committed to transforming and empowering the UK Sport and Physical Activity sector by providing robust data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for strategic workforce planning and workforce development.
The Workforce Research Community is a key part of this objective as we strive towards a more collaborative and well-informed sector with a greater capacity to attract, recruit, develop and retain the incredible workforce operating across sport and physical activity.
The community is open to all with an interest in sector workforce and members can look forward to regular insights, shared research, opportunities to collaborate and much more.
