Change to company structure consultancy support – Workforce Governance and Registration Scheme Project.
CIMSPA are seeking to appoint an organisation to provide advice and support in a change to the company structure. As a result of a commission from Sport England to CIMSPA to deliver the workforce governance and registration scheme project there is a requirement for CIMSPA to review the legal, governance, finance and digital structures of the organisation.
We are seeking an expert partner to support us with that review and suggest the best possible options of how to respond to the required changes.
At this stage we are looking for organisations to express an interest in entering a tender process, we will then provide organisations with the more detailed tender requirements via Invitation to Tender (ITT) which will be evaluated and CIMSPA will identify the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT).
