Rowan is an experienced exercise professional specialising in neurological and complex rehabilitation.
Through RMR Rehabilitation, Rowan supports individuals living with neurological conditions through structured, person-centred exercise, with a focus on improving function, confidence, independence and participation.
Alongside his work with clients, Rowan leads and supports a growing network of exercise professionals working within rehabilitation. He has a particular interest in developing professional standards, building practitioner confidence and helping exercise professionals develop the knowledge and skills required to work safely and effectively with people with neurological conditions.
Rowan is passionate about creating clearer pathways for fitness and exercise professionals who want to progress beyond mainstream fitness and develop a specialism in neurological rehabilitation.
