This session explores the role of strength training within client programmes, outlining what it is and why it is essential for long-term health, performance, and injury prevention. It also highlights the wide-ranging benefits clients can gain such as improved confidence, enhanced functional capacity and better metabolic health.

26 June – 10-11am

During this webinar you’ll learn how to effectively apply strength training in practice, including key programming principles and how to tailor approaches for specific population groups such as older adults, individuals with disabilities, and those experiencing menopause.
