Joseph Webb FCIMSPA (Chartered)

Chartered Personal Trainer Senior Practitioner

Joseph is a personal trainer, performance coach and founder of Coach Joseph Webb, with more than 20 years’ experience in health, fitness and physical activity.

Through personal training, community initiatives, sports performance coaching, education and workplace wellbeing, Joseph has helped thousands of people improve their health, confidence and fitness through sustainable behaviour change.

He has organised free community boot camps and ‘Couch to 5K’ programmes, supported ice hockey players from junior to senior level, and delivered charity fitness events raising thousands of pounds for Youthline.

Beyond coaching, Joseph contributes to workplace wellbeing, biometric health screenings, corporate seminars and educational workshops.

Achieving chartered status is a proud professional milestone and reinforces his commitment to helping individuals, communities and future professionals realise the benefits of physical activity.

Stephanie Bradley MCIMSPA (Chartered)

Chartered Coach Developer

Stephanie specialises in equestrian sport, competing in Grand Prix dressage and representing Wales on numerous occasions since 2011.

She also plays hockey for Wrexham and, in 2024, represented Wales in the Women’s Over 55s international category, with the highlight being her appearance at the Hockey Masters World Cup in Auckland, New Zealand.

Alongside her doctorate in sport coaching at Cardiff Metropolitan University, Stephanie is exploring the impact of natural hormonal imbalance on women sport coaches, building on her published work on menopause and female equestrians.

“Being a female athlete who is regularly coached, as well as coaching equestrians of all ages, and developing coaches across a host of sports, gives me quite a unique lens when mentoring and developing coaches.

“The underrepresentation and barriers to women in sport is a subject I am passionate about.”

Rowland Omamor is an accomplished leader with more than 25 years of senior management experience across the leisure, environmental, and property services sectors.

As Managing Director of Lampton Leisure, Recycle 360, Greenspace 360, and Coalo Property Services, he is dedicated to delivering high-quality services that help create healthier, more active, and sustainable communities.

A strong advocate for the transformative benefits of sport, physical activity, and wellbeing, Rowland believes that leisure services play a crucial role in enhancing quality of life and strengthening community connections.

Working collaboratively with local authorities, partners, and stakeholders, he is focused on driving innovation, creating social value, and ensuring services deliver lasting, positive outcomes for residents and local communities.

Bushra Ali FCIMSPA (Chartered)

Chartered Personal Trainer Senior Practitioner

Bushra has over 10 years’ experience across health, fitness, behaviour change and healthy ageing, combining frontline coaching with academic research. She began as a gym instructor and activities coordinator before moving into specialist coaching roles, earning runner-up recognition as REPS UAE Transformation Coach of the Year 2023.

She is a doctoral researcher at the London Sport Institute, developing a physical activity strategy to counteract metabolic syndrome in multi-ethnic populations. Bushra also holds a distinction MSc in Exercise and Physical Activity for Special Populations and Healthy Ageing from Middlesex University London and works as an assistant lecturer and assessor.

A fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health, Bushra contributes to global physical activity workforce development through ISPAH, ICREPS, INSHS GENNEX, peer review, published research and sector speaking engagements, including the CIMSPA Annual Conference 2025.

“Achieving chartered status has been a meaningful milestone in a journey that started on the gym floor and led me into research and education.

“The process gave me space to reflect on how far the work has come and where I want to take it next, plus it reaffirmed my belief in the value of connecting evidence, practice and people across our sector.”

Craig Hobbs FCIMSPA (Chartered)

Chartered Senior Manager

Craig Hobbs is a senior lecturer in sport, public health and society at the University of Greater Manchester. Alongside his academic and applied research roles, he serves as a chair of governors, trustee, non-executive director, mentor and TEDx speaker, bringing over 30 years of strategic leadership and management experience.

His career spans local government, sport, public health, higher education, charitable organisations and professional membership bodies across the UK. He has worked extensively with local and combined authorities, NHS and public health teams, sports governing bodies, sports councils, education providers and VCFSE organisations.

Through systems leadership and transformational change, Craig has co-designed evidence-informed, place-based approaches to tackle inequalities, connecting movement, health, education and community development through his Active Campus Ecologies (ACE) framework.

Susie Benson FCIMSPA (Chartered)

Chartered Senior Manager

Susie is CIMSPA’s Head of Workforce Development, leading national initiatives that help employers build capability, strengthen talent pipelines, and improve organisational performance across the sport and physical activity sector.

Starting her career as a watersports instructor on Scotland’s west coast, Susie developed a passion for coaching and supporting people before studying physiology and sports science at university. She has since held workforce development roles with Glasgow 2014, sportscotland and Triathlon Scotland, and served as a non-executive director at Paddle Scotland.

At CIMSPA, Susie leads a UK-wide team supporting organisations to embed workforce planning and development, helping create a workforce that is competent, consistent and trusted. She has led major projects, including Sport England’s Local Skills initiative and the Department for Work and Pensions’ Sport and Physical Activity Employability Academy.

Passionate about people, Susie believes organisations are only as strong as their workforce and is committed to helping employers create rewarding, lifelong careers in sport and physical activity.

Dawud Osborne FCIMSPA (Chartered)

Dawud is a Health and Wellbeing Coach specialising in behaviour change, long-term condition support, and sustainable lifestyle improvement.

He is also the creator of The Pyramid of Change™, a practical framework developed through years of working with people who felt stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start. Recognising that lasting change often requires more than knowledge alone, he designed the framework to provide a clear, achievable pathway from intention to action.

Used in one-to-one, group, and business settings, The Pyramid of Change™ helps people build clarity, consistency, and lasting habits. Dawud’s direct, supportive approach combines NHS experience with structured behaviour change coaching to help individuals develop sustainable confidence and long-term success.

Louise is a former Team GB athlete and British and international ice dance champion. Now a coach, TV sports commentator, and UK Coaching’s Online Coach of the Year 2024, she has spent her career helping others achieve their potential.

Inspired by her own world-class coaches, Louise began coaching as a teenager while competing as an unfunded athlete. In 2023, she founded the award-winning VO:ICE Fitness and Wellbeing Academy, making sport, exercise, and wellbeing more accessible to people of all abilities.

Through her holistic coaching approach, Louise supports individuals worldwide, from beginners to elite athletes, guided by her core values of expert knowledge, inclusion, compassion, and kindness.

“I have always placed particular importance on my own continual professional development throughout my coaching career.
